*Technicians take breaks too! If your weekly service tech is out, we will inform you of the change, and inform you of the tech you are instead going to work with for the week until your regularly scheduled tech is back. If your service date changes, we will always inform you of the change as soon as possible to ensure a seamless service.

This is pool service the way it should be. Instead of the outdated ideology of chlorine based treatments, we focus on utilizing supplemental sanitizers to reduce harsh, caustic chemical use in your pool resulting in a softer, gentler experience for you.
No, in our experience, we have found that bi-weekly service leaves the pool chemistry unregulated, and we can not provide the level of service or care that we are comfortable with.
No, because the ground doesn't freeze, we do not close or winterize swimming pools. Our weekly service encompasses 50 of the 52 weeks of the year, this is because your water chemistry adjusts as the temperature adjusts and has different needs throughout the year. Our focus is not only on clean, safe water, but protecting your swimming pool plaster from pitting, etching, and your equipment like the swimming pool heater from damage by improper chemistry.
Langelier Saturation Index. A swimming pool can be perfectly balanced according to range chemistry, however; the water can still be corrosive or scale forming. This can damage your equipment, heater, and plaster, and cause unsightly blemishes in the swimming pool. We aren't your regular 'shock jocks' who throw in pounds of chlorine every week, our technicians are trained to utilize and implement a long term strategy for you and your pool to ensure maximum enjoyment and minimal disruption.
Cyanuric Acid, conditioner, stabilizer, is a chemical component added to chlorine tabs to stabilize and protect chlorine from UV Rays. In commercial pools, this is strictly limited to 30-50PPM. As Cyanuric increases in the pool, it begins to inhibit chlorine from doing it's job (sanitizing the pool). Once your Cyanuric level reaches at and over 100PPM, it can void the warranty on your heater, plaster, and it causes the chlorine demand to spike. For an average residential swimming pool, this means that your Chlorine would have to be kept at 10 or even 15PPM to effectively kill bacteria and keep your pool safe. It's a double edged sword because it is unsafe and uncomfortable to swim in chlorine levels over 10+PPM. Dilution is the solution! Our technicians rotate chlorine throughout the year, and our year-round, long term plans, help to minimize this effect. If all else fails, we offer a premium package of supplemental sanitizers to avoid relying on only chlorine for your swimming pool.
